Hello everyone joining. I want to start off by thanking you for checking out my community. I am here to share my passion and love for food and helping people grow within the culinary community. Please share any and all thoughts on the hospitality industry, past, present and future. I’m here to share mine. Give you stories from my experiences of being in the kitchen for the last 18+ years. I’ve cooked, traveled and completed in multiple cooking competitions. My most recent win was the Canadian Culinary championships in 2024 held in Ottawa.
