🔥 Challenge (Inside / Outside The Forge)
This mission is a loyalty stress test — it will prove whether you’re just here for the hype, or here for the war. Inside The Forge - Minimum 5 consecutive days of check-ins — post something daily in The Forge proving active pursuit of your mission: training, building, creating, learning. - No “after-the-fact” bulk posts. This is about daily presence, not paperwork dumps. Outside The Forge - Choose one discipline you can’t fake (sleep time, workout consistency, diet tracking, daily reading, cold showers). - Maintain absolute perfection for the full 7 days. One miss = mission fail. 🧠 Proof Post under the title:FORGE CHALLENGE #9 — LOYALTY IS EARNED IN THE SHADOWSInclude: - Screenshot or recap of each daily Forge post (5 total) - Your 7-day discipline log - Reflection: What tested your loyalty the hardest this week — boredom, fatigue, temptation, or distraction? 🎖 Reward - 400 Grit Points for completion - +1 Loyalty Streak Week - Badge Advancement: - BONUS +200 Grit Points for perfect posting time discipline (check-ins within the same 1-hour window each day) This mission will separate those who show up when it’s easy from those who show up because it’s who they are. Your name on the Wall of Honor will mean more after this week — because you’ll know you’ve bled for it when no one was watching.

Day 2 check in: Saturday leg day - nailed. Diet on point. Helped moved my kiddo home. Meeting with some friends later. 12k steps plus. Tested: my daughter’s roommates were despicable to her. Fought the urge to be a turd back.

Day 3 and 4 Sorry. I was busy at church most of the morning and into early afternoon. Sunday was a rest day. Day 4 was the first day of my final week of my training block. Next week is a deload week. My cut is on point. Hunger is not bad. Sleep is mainly good. School starts tomorrow for my youngest. It’s her senior year.

Stack the bricks
Here’s my 6 day training plan. 7-8 movements each workout. Essentially two movements for each muscle group: Mon push Tue pull Wed legs Thu push 2 Fri pull 2 Sat legs 3 My meals: Pre work out snack Breakfast Lunch Afternoon snack Dinner (Plans is to hit 130 grams of carbs a day, 69 grams of protein, 165 grams of protein) My pre workout meal is usually two rice cakes, 20 grams peanut butter, banana, 2 grams of pink Himalayan sea salt. Breakfast 2 eggs, 100 grams egg whites and 50-75 grams of rolled oats or 125 grams of hashbrowns, with either just bare chicken tenders or grilled chicken and fat free cheddar cheese, 2 eggs and 100 grams of egg whites. Lunch is grilled chicken. And jasmine rice. Adjusted for macros! Afternoon snack is the same way, it’s either a protein bar or cream of rice cereal and protein powder. Dinner is most of the time similar to lunch. My daily wake up time is 4:00 am. I get up on my first alarm. My daily mantra: Be better than yesterday!

Introduction
Good evening everyone. I’m honored to be here, to learn from all of you and help encourage you to reach your goals. A little bit about myself. I’m 47, nearly 48. I’m a natural bodybuilder. I competed last June and won a pro card. In addition to a passion for fitness I am a youth minister and hospice chaplain. I have been married to my wife for 23 years this September. We have three daughters.
