My journal
I choose a blank hardbound Moleskine journal with a black cover. I own and have tried to use many kinds of journals. Everything from 3 ring binders to fancy leather bound journals with aged parchment pages. Unlike binders, my journal is small enough to rest on a small altar or shrine. And unlike fancier journals, mine doesn't come with the strong desire to not make mistakes while taking notes as I prefer fancy journals to be as perfect as possible. I pair this with a special refillable wooden pen that a friend gifted me specifically for journalling.

My divination tool of choice
My roots are in Appalachian folk magic. My grandmother on my dad's side had a cure for just about anything. My grandfather on my mom's side used Bible verses and other methods to work magic. Even though I am not a Christian, I feel drawn to the ways of Appalachian folk magic. My people didn't have access to tarot decks or fancy divination tools so they often used a deck of playing cards. I choose the Conjure Cards oracle deck by Jake Richards as it is basically a deck of playing cards decorated with images of Appalachian folklore. I feel drawn to this deck.

My divination tool of choice
New
Hello all. I have been studying and dabbling in different forms of spirituality and magick since I was 16 years old. I've studied Wicca, Sorcery, various forms of Satanism, Demonolatry, Traditional Witchcraft, Shamanism, Radionics and Thelema just to name a few. I feel it is time to take all that I have learned and apply it to serious practice. I am very excited to be here!
