Forgiven
Thought for the day
A thought can feel true simply because you’ve heard it for years. “I’m too much.” “My needs don’t matter.” “I always disappoint people.” Before you keep agreeing with that thought, consider whether it reflects who God says you are. What truth about your worth do you want to practice believing today? Share that with us if you feel safe doing so.

I am practicing that God has changed my heart and taken away selfish pride that I’ve had for too long. 1 Samuel 10:9 “as Saul turned and started to leave, God gave him a new heart, and all Samuel’s signs were fulfilled that day” God has removed a vail from my eyes and has given me a heart of repentance. I trust in Him alone for newness of life. @Jovan Rund my heart is broken too but He is with us all. Praying for you and whatever your situation. Just like Saul, if we are sincere our results can be almost miraculous. Of course we still have consequences to deal with. But our change can take place through repentance and trust in Christ.
Welcome to Life Reframe
Life Reframe is a temperament-based growth ecosystem built around the Five Temperament Model exclusive to the APS temperament profile. Most people try ineffectively to fix behavior because they don’t understand temperament. Inside this community, we build the framework that explains your emotional wiring and how it shapes your reactions, relationships, and growth. This is not therapy. This is not coaching access. This is structured temperament literacy. Here you will learn: • The five temperaments • How Inclusion, Control, and Affection shape emotional needs • Why repeating conflict patterns happen • How to interpret behavior through design instead of assumption Life Reframe is built for long-term growth. Start with the Foundations Course and build from there. — Dr. Dave

Look forward to personal growth. Well honestly, scared of the journey. But, know it’s needed.
Thought provoking question for the week
Ok, here's a question for you all to ponder this week: Can a person who is emotionally immature, toxic, self-focused, and hurtful (i.e. narcissistic) ever really change? And if so, what brings about that change? (and please don't give the Sunday School answer that God can do anything 🤨).

Hi group. I’m a newbie. And I need change in many areas of my life. I believe anyone is capable of change if they truly seek it and are able to allow God into their heart to make that change. Many times the things that keep someone from change is the guilt of past sins that they cannot let go of. That is a heavy burden to bear and one that honestly, we don’t have to bear. God’s grace is bigger than our sins. If we let his grace do its job, then we can do ours and move forward. It’s a process. But to say that someone cannot change means that no one can change. And I pray that isn’t so. If it is, we are all lost causes.
