Day 32 of 184 - Leap of Faith (Feel Free to Ignore)
It was a good and bad week this week but has ended amazing! I am a few days late and that’s just me procrastinating because I didn’t feel like I had done enough. I’m trying to be consistent and my partner is keeping me accountable which is really helping. I have felt a bit disheartened with not getting a client yet but that may have changed.. We reached out to over 200 people this week and just went for it! We got many replies and most were positive apart from one where we put the wrong name haha. Many were interested and asked for our number and more info but then the conversation died ( will reach out again in a few days) We have had 2 really good replies one is going to look over our lead magnet tomorrow and let us know what he thinks. The other we have already jumped on a call, he has seen the magnet and we have booked in another meeting for Friday!!! We are going to go over his specific needs and build him out a property management hub! This is a free client but it hopefully gets me a testimonial and proves to myself I can do it Apologies this has got long But into the next week

It happened!!! I got my first client!! It’s free but I can test out everything! The call went really well and he is going to send over some more details of what he needs! Now I need to work out how to fullfill this.

This week has been a bit of a mix. I have had some ups with getting quite a few positive responses but I haven’t got my first client yet. This week = 6/10 What we have done this week - finished the dashboard (if anyone wants to have a look https://property-manager-tem-t382.glide.page/dl/properties - use [email protected] to login) - Messaged over 100 people - Sent 30 follow ups If anyone has any tips of cold outreach it would be much appreciated Onto next week

This week has been really good! While I still went into london I feel like we have had a good week and taken a couple of steps towards our goal! This weeks rating = 8/10 What we accomplished: - Reached out to 100 leads - Spoke to 5 potential leads - created my grand slam offer - created my portfolios - starting to create email outreach templates - gained so much clarity on what we are offering and who it helps Updates: - 7 people replied to our hyper personalised messages 🥳 - 2 out of those people sounds interested and hopefully I can get calls booked in! - re-read $100M dollar offers and leads (so much value) What we are offering: We are now going for a module offer. The client will first get the hearbeat of the automation which is the Asset Management System. This is a fully customised app that holds information on each property such as total revenue collected, current state (e.g. Staging, Cleaning, Vacant, Occupant etc). From here there will be modules that the client can unlock for a price (My upsell). Yes so the beauty of it is that I can send a link to my templated version which hopefully will finish this week I’ll either do this as a lead magnet or on the call. I’m working through my sales structure and script so I was thinking: 1st phase - ask loads of questions about the business what they are struggling with etc - ask what they have tried before - Try to build rapport throughout 2nd phase - all the information above will be entered into a typeform and then will use your proposal automation to generate a custom one - While I’m doing that will be going through what we do and that’s the opportunity where I’ll give them the link to use Phase 3 - go through the proposal and hopefully close the deal So the hosts they usually just use the Airbnb app to see all of this but usually don’t have all the data because they are listed elsewhere such as booking.com Expedia etc so part of the sell is everything will be in one place for all of their properties Here is a link to a example of the app: Login with - [email protected]

Day 8 of 184 - Leap of Faith (Feel free to Ignore)
This week has been a little quieter than the previous week as I’ve had less time but I’ve tried to do as much revenue building activities as possible. This weeks rating = 6/10 What we accomplished: - reached out to 60 new potential leads with personalised messages - Added 2 testimonials to our website - Made a start on a portfolio for our instagram (Hopefully will finish tomorrow) - Learnt more about zapier and grew my knowledge of make.com. I now know how to use the http module and run get and post and learnt more about how to use the map and get functions in make. - Started building out a automation ecosystem for our business - Created a bulletproof offer - Created a instagram scraper automation - Starting to live my life by design. I’ve started using blitzit (thank you Leo) it’s been really helpful. I have also got my goals and my time limit up everywhere including my phone laptop workspace and even my kitchen table haha 😂 Updates: - The hosts of our Airbnb said no 😕 - we have yet to get a response to our instagram outreach ☹️☹️ - have reached out to some warm leads to see if I can automate anything for them Hasn’t been the best week but every no gets me closer to a yes. Yea already have a system that will let us know when to follow up. We are going to follow ip 5 times in 2 weeks before we archive the lead.
