Over this last weekend I attended the International Sabaki Championships of my old Karate Dojo the Enshin Kaikan, a classic full contact tournament Hosted by Kancho (GrandMaster) Ninomiya- who at 72 years of age demonstrated his Ki by breaking 4 150 lb slabs of ice.
