Thinking about adding interviews to my channel — open to feedback (and volunteers)
I’m considering adding interviews to my YouTube channel and wanted feedback from creators who’ve tested interview formats. The idea is to bring on two types of guests: 1️⃣ People who want to get better with money– Early or mid-journey– Learning how to budget, invest, or build confidence– Real conversations about mistakes, mindset, and progress 2️⃣ People who’ve already achieved financial success– Investors, business owners, professionals– Sharing how they actually built wealth– What they did right, what they’d do differently, and what beginners misunderstand Since this group has thousands of members, I’m also thinking about interviewing volunteers from inside this community — both people still learning and people further along who want to share their story. My goal is to make money and investing feel more relatable and less intimidating. For those of you who’ve added interviews: - Did interviews help or hurt channel growth early on? - Any format advice (short vs long, solo intro first, etc.)? - Anything you’d do differently if starting interviews again? And if you’d want to be interviewed (or think you’d be a good fit), feel free to comment or DM me. Appreciate any insight 🙏
