@Vanessa Faux Sure no problem, I can explain. Transitional Style: Transitional design combines traditional and modern elements to create a balanced and timeless look. It often includes clean lines, decorative moldings, neutral colors, layered textures, and blended tones such as greens and soft wall colors. Rugs, ornaments, and accessories are used in moderation to create a rich, welcoming aesthetic while maintaining balance between classic and contemporary styles. Modern Style: Modern design focuses more on simplicity and minimalism. It features fewer ornaments, clean and uncluttered spaces, neutral color palettes, natural materials like wood, and simple forms. Unlike transitional style, modern spaces emphasize functionality and open spaces with limited decorative elements.

Capstone Formula & My Daily Schedule
Good night, sharing the following assignments. Please do feel free to give a feedback, ask a question or even leave a word of encouragement. I truly do appreciate it all in advance. Also, learning has always been a journey of building oneself. If we don’t invest in ourselves, no one else will. So, from me to you, giving up has never been an option. Let’s continue raising the bar and following the guidance of our leaders as we strive to become great examples for the future to come. One thing I’m learning throughout this journey is that structure and discipline are just as important as creativity. Between motherhood, schooling, real estate, The Bouquet Palace, and now building JASÉ Interiors, I realized I needed a routine that creates balance while still allowing room for growth. Creating this daily schedule reminded me that success is not only about working hard, but also about managing time intentionally and building systems that support the life and future I’m working toward. I also wanted to share part of my capstone journey and business foundation that I’ve been building throughout this process. From creating my business structure, pricing models, client experience, branding, visual direction, and workflow systems, every section has helped me understand what it truly takes to build a business with purpose and long term vision. This journey is teaching me that growth starts with creating the blueprint first.

Interior Design through Faith
NOW ACCEPTING INTERIOR DESIGN CLIENTS Hard work and dedication truly will pay off one day. From struggling and trying to figure out life, to searching for my purpose, I can finally say that I’ve found it. God gave me the ability to use my vision as guidance to discover what I was truly meant to do. Since the day I received that vision, I started focusing more on my goals, putting my kids first, and choosing myself enough to begin building the future I dream of. Despite life struggles and the passing of my mom, which hit harder than I ever imagined. I kept pushing forward. I enrolled myself in school, continued working toward my real estate career, built The Bouquet Palace from the ground up to where it is today, and now I’m beginning another beautiful journey through interior design. I can honestly say God has been good to me, and all praise goes to Him for bringing me this far. On the days I wanted to give up, He reminded me of my “why,” and that purpose continues to keep me strong through faith.

Interior Design through Faith
How does Interior Design affect a client that uses that space.
To be honest, through this assignment I can truly say that I am experiencing my client’s emotional reactions throughout every step of the design process. It has been an amazing experience working alongside someone who gives me hands-on exposure to what real interior design projects feel like. Since we began working on this project, I have seen my client’s emotions shift from excitement over new ideas to carefully deciding what he likes and dislikes. I have realized that a person’s emotions toward interior design operate on a much deeper level than I expected. Interior Design plays a major role in how someone feels from start to finish. There is excitement in the beginning of a project, anticipation in waiting to see the final result, and emotion in sharing ideas while also discussing certain details they may not fully agree with. Overall, this experience is teaching me that interior design is not only about creating beautiful spaces, but also about understanding people emotionally. It is teaching me patience, the importance of listening carefully to my client’s ideas, and learning how to combine my creativity with their vision in order to create a space that truly reflects what they want and how they want to feel within it.
