I'm Jasmin — very short for a German, and definitely not great at sitting still. I love to play with movement and find new ways to create and express through my body. You'll find me dancing at a bus stop when a good song comes on, climbing trees, or balancing on park benches. Now the official part: I'm a trained yoga teacher (200h) and personal trainer with a Master's in Sport and Health Science. In around 15 years as a trainer, coach, and dance teacher, I've helped hundreds of people get and stay fit. I've also worked 9-to-5 office jobs — in marketing and IT consulting — for around 6 years. So I know how difficult it can feel to get myself off the sofa and onto the mat after a long, stressful day. That's when I developed micro-movement-habits that fit into any schedule. Through movement and mindset coaching, I help women 30+ bring movement into their lives that gives energy for the long run — instead of feeling like another burden. With a steadier mindset and everyday strategies that bend with real life, the women I work with experience a real shift: from exhaustion and the weight of expectations that were never theirs, toward confidence, strength, and energy for the good things in life. In case you're curious: https://rrjmovement.com/ Right now I'm living as a "slowmad" (a slow nomad). I left Munich, my home base, to travel slowly around the world. I made it my mission to find likeminded people all over the world. Having a sense of community is one of the biggest challenges of being a nomad. That’s why I’m here. I want to share openly the lessons I’ve learned and I'm excited to be inspired by other people’s stories.
