Remember your why
reaching a goal can seem boring and you drop interest but thats why you never finish what you started. each time you think i cant be bother remember whats your reason why you started
Its is not easy every day
if it was easy every day everyone would have the body they want but they dont. thats because when it gets hard people stop. dont be like that because thats how you will never reach your end goal. allways starting something but never finishing it. hold your self to your own word now your goal should mean everything to you. so now keep going on good days and bad days untill you reach that goal

Zoom calls every wednesday and sunday If you want to reach your end goal i would advise you turn up to at least one. doing this with help is much better than going at it alone zoom call 9:00 while 9:30 now
