I started using Fable 5 today, and this thing is pretty damn smart. I haven't used Claude desktop in a week or so, and since this came out, I decided to use it, and I'm glad I did. I guess you can only use it until June 22nd, and then they pull it out.

Hey all, Yes the Title is TLA heavy, but thought it was funny. I have been in the IT game for 25 + years. All but 1 year has been at Intel Corp. I finally figured out you need Assets on the financial side of the equation of life to be "Free". As a result I turned real estate into a side hustle in 2023. It is now paying for all my families living expenses, so I am ready to retire my W2 soon. I want to use some of my free time to focus on having fun with AI as it relates to automating my day to day in real estate investing (REI). I am using Open Claw, Claude Desktop, Codex and having fun with them. All I want to do is play with AI, but need health insurance still, so I stay at Intel just a little bit longer. :) 1 more property should cover the current health insurance premiums. Looking forward to meeting the members in the various group(s) and learning with everyone.
