Going through the Warm Up domains module in the course content and was wondering how we enable the custom tracking domains for outlook? Do we do this on Porkbun or in our microsoft admin account?

I'm setting up emails for a client, and both outlook and google workspace require annual commitments. Is there any way to avoid this? Other email providers you use? Or are the email licences transferrable i.e. if client cancels after 3 months, can I transfer the licence to another email address?

Has anyone had experience with low Open Rates when reaching leads from ListKit? This is my third time writing about having insanely low open rates and I know the email accounts are perfectly healthy, my scripts are fine blah blah. Every time it leads me back to question leads form ListKit. And this keeps happening over and over again
