Karpathy’s LLM Council
Has anyone played around with Karpathy’s LLM council? Seems like this could be turned into a skill for reasoning inside Claude using different personas and goals rather than pulling from different LLM models.
Any PMs Here Building AI Into Their Real Work? Let's Talk :)
Hey everyone! Adrian here 👋 I'm a Project Manager with a strong focus on using AI to actually improve how I work - not as a novelty, but as a genuine productivity layer built into my daily workflows. One of my personal side projects has been building an LLM Wiki - a structured knowledge system fed by online content that acts as my personal AI-powered knowledge hub. What started as a curiosity quickly became something I want to bring directly into my project management work. The idea is to have a living, queryable knowledge base that keeps me informed and contextually aware without the usual overhead. But the more I work with it, the more I realize isolated tools aren't enough. That's what drew me to the concept of an Agentic OS (AI tools, memory, context, and workflows all connect and work together). If there are any other project managers or product managers here thinking about how to bring this stuff into real client work - I'd love to exchange ideas. There's a lot we can learn from each other!

@Juan Zuluaga How is this build going? I have been working to tie in my CRM, customer history, my documented sales process, email and calendar to use the LLM Wiki to build out a plan for each new client, then schedule tasks. I also want it to continue to learn from itself as new emails/meeting notes come in from that specific client. Is this what you are building?
🚀New Video: Obsidian + Karpathy = 95% Cheaper “RAG” in Claude Code
Andrej Karpathy just shared his method for building LLM-powered knowledge bases using nothing but markdown files and Claude Code. In this video, I walk you through exactly how to set it up in about 5 minutes using Obsidian as a front end. I also show you two of my own wikis, one for YouTube transcripts and one for my personal second brain, and break down how this compares to traditional semantic search RAG. https://gist.github.com/karpathy/442a6bf555914893e9891c11519de94f https://ai-2027.com/

Still new to this and trying to build my OS. Where should the wiki live inside my folder system? I watched Nate’s Ai OS video but when he switches to talking about Karpathy’s llm wiki he does this in a separate folder so I’m confused how to set this up.
First Project Help
Hey guys! So I am new here and going through the theory now but planning to start building tomorrow! I was curious, what were your first projects? What would you do differently today? Thanks 😁

@Mark Conrad Is n8n worth paying for or should I try to write these connections and workflows?

Thank you!
Not all tools
“Stop trying every new AI tool. Start mastering one.” Every week there’s a “next-gen, crazy-fast, game-changing” tool. Cool — but if you’re not mastering any of them, you’re just window shopping. Pick one tool, go deep. Make it do things it wasn’t designed to do. That’s where the fun (and money) is. Which tool are you going all in on right now? Me:- chatgpt+N8N. Now day's I'm practicing prompts b'wz I see a lot of ai video that are just prompt based and good.

Is anyone using Notion, Airtable or NotebookLM worked into their operating systems? People keep throwing around these tools but it seems like Nate is helping us build our own version of these?
