Does anyone have a brand recommendation for hot tubs? Also what capacity/seating is best? Thanks.

When is it worth re-doing floors? I heard its not the best ROI.

Duvet with down insert or a comforter? Thanks!

Full over Full or Twin over Twin with a trundle? or 2 twin bunk beds which means 4 kids.? decisions, decisions. And if anyone has a link to a brand they recommend, please send. I don't want a flimsy one. Thank you

Hello community, We are closing on a property in the Catskills area. Right across the street from Belleayre Ski Resort. The house needs updating to the kitchen and bathrooms. Does anyone have a recommendation for contractors, handymen, cleaners? Thanks in advance.
