PMP Exam - ROI, IRR, NPV calculations?
Hello, for those of you who took the exam, were there any ROI, IRR, NPV calculation questions? The video course seems to have been recorded for students that were not taking the PMP exam. Andrew references that knowing how to do these calculations may be required for PMP exam candidates. Thank you

I took the exam 3/10 And didn’t have any calculations to do. I recall one CPI/SPI question but it was basically asking if the project was under/over budget and ahead/behind schedule

@Branaesha Lewis yes, I passed AT in all 3 domains. I practiced with lots of questions to learn the mindset. That’s the most important part to learn in order to pass the exam.
Udemy Course - Different Sequence/Sections than 'Simplified' Book?
Is anyone else having a difficult time following the Udemy course? It seems like several sections in the accompanying "PMP Exam Prep Simplified" book flow sequentially but they a random subject/section gets skipped over. Do we come back to these at another point in the course, or should we be reading these on our own? I've noticed this a few times but just as an example, under section 8 (Processes to Manage Traditional/Predictive projects) we cover the "Determine Budget" in video #112. The next section in the book is "Control Costs" but the next video #113 is "Plan Quality Management" which is in the next chapter in the book (about 20 pages later). I haven't gone through the rest of the course yet but based on video titles it doesn't seem obvious that we ever do come back to "control costs." Once I find the right section in the book to follow the right video it's easy to follow but when the two don't flow sequentially it's quite frustrating. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and if there's a quick reference to cross reference this a bit more cleanly?

@Kate Kadera ARs simplified guide and 35 hour course do not align. I tried to read at the same time as watching the videos. Basically two separate resources. So I just completed the course and then finished reading the book. Hope that helps!
I Passed my PMP exam!!! AT/AT/AT
I’m grateful to share that I passed my exam and have officially earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). I passed the exam on March 10, 2026, with excellent results scoring Above Target in all three domains (AT/AT/AT). Coming from a background in healthcare as a Family Nurse Practitioner, transitioning into the project management space has been a meaningful journey. Preparing for this exam required discipline, resilience, and a deep commitment to understanding project management frameworks, strategy, and leadership principles. I’m thankful to God for the strength and clarity throughout this season of preparation. I’m also deeply grateful for the encouragement and support of the PMP Mastery Circle (PMC) community which I created in October 2025 from members of TIA Skool who studied together, shared resources, and supported one another along the way. This certification represents more than passing an exam. It reflects a continued commitment to leading projects with structure, strategic thinking, and excellence. I look forward to applying these skills to support impactful initiatives and organizational growth. IYEOKAN OLUWALEYE, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMP®

@Iyeokan O. You were an amazing partner. And you brought me back to the post where it all started and I’m seeing everyone from the study group. And some of which have already passed the exam. I’m so happy I found the group when I did. Congrats to everyone that have already passed and good luck to those whose test is coming up!
