Hi all. I'm 66 and have owned Jimmy for 2 years. He's a 9yr, 15.3 cob/clydesdale. Unfortunately we've both been out of work for some months due to a fall resulting in a fractured femur for me, and many vet investigations for Jimmy, as this was so out of character. Since nothing clinical was found I've been working him inhand, lunging, polework and freeschooling. He's now back in ridden work, in a saddle he seems comfortable in, (not me yet!) and he's doing really well. Watching him being ridden, and seeing how well he is responding, is encouraging. I'm now eager to get back on......
