@Sophie Dubus thanks for answering my question. In reply to what you said on the call, yes I’m 37 this year. You’re on the mark with how I can question my purpose sometimes. 😅 And I’m surprised to hear that an undefined spleen can be super intuitive. I’m definitely going to keep observing as she grows up - whether she’s taking on anyone’s fear and anxiety. And helping her understand what’s healthy for her. And also be more aware of the impact my 44 and 28 have on her. I’ve attached her chart if you want to do a follow up in next month’s call.

Haven’t been here for awhile as I’ve given birth around 2 months ago. Looking forward to catching up and applying HD to understand my little one.

After reading your latest email, I’d love to learn more about emotional and nervous system regulation in the presence of a child. Or how to communicate that we’re leaving the room to process our own big emotions without letting them feel abandoned.
