I found Dan on instagram 2 or more years ago and I needed no convincing to join the platform. Mornings with Dan’s breath work is key to my health and well being practice. The Weirdo Work Out is quite fun and helps greatly to keep my body aligned working well! The regular community interaction is equally valuable, a wonderful safe and supportive place to share.   I love the Dan and Tan teamwork vibe too.  It’s truly down to earth and real. And Tan’s yoga is bliss😇.
