Day 1 was great! Kind of confused my own idea in the beginning but then it got settled. This is completely new to me - a paid community so lots of things to pay attention to! Thank you @Evelyn Weiss
Starting a free community and making it paid later
Hello, I am interested to know from those who started a free community and when filled with your ideal clients, you made it paid. What did you like about this way? What didn't you like? Is it something you would do again? Many thanks

@B. l MacGregor Makes sense, thanks. I have a free FB group with 1400 people in it...and I will start a skool community but paid (low ticket). I will propose to people to koin the paid one and then ones that do not, well, they stay in the Fb gruop. Thanks, it's given me clarity. i was thinking of starting my skool community as a free one and then change but as I have the free FB group, I think it's ok to make the skool one paid from the beginning.

@B. l MacGregor Oh yes that's a good idea too, to have paid services inside. I think I'll start with a really low ticket like 7 euros per month and then I can add other paid offers in there. You have a solid plan, it sounds like. Good for you! Thanks for sharing!
Too niche?
Hi everyone, first of all, thanks for this great group! I have a question: I am interested in starting a low ticket membership in skool. I am in doubt about my niche as what I am really good at, is very specific. This is where I know more or less everything: Being an independent English tutor teaching children face to face in small groups in France. This is VERY niche! But I know everything about it! hehe. I have myself built up a business from nothing to over 100 students coming through my doors every week. Of course there are quite a lot of English speakers here in France but still it will end up being limited. What would you do in my case? I do not know much about running an independent tutoring business online. Many thanks

@Sandra Lord no thank you. I was just looking for input on my niche
You tube and skool
How do you keep your free YouTube videos and paid skool videos separate? Do you do a bunch of different videos.

Good question! I was thinking of bringing some of my free videos into my membership as it's value and then add stuff that's not on youtube
