Yes agreed. I'm not about flashy just practical and not out to impress people. Showing up & going at my pace in the gym that is. My effort & focus is there at the moment. Applying this seems to lighten my effort in other daily commitments. Even my mind, or neurons seem to be firing as they ought to.

Day 4 of continuing what I have learnt re my health. Energy was low & it remained this way for too long of a while until I did something about it. So now each day I sit & move for up to 20mins outside catching thr light of day. It has made a tonne of difference.
