Bio: I am 53 years young with big struggles this past year. I have decided to take control of my life/health or at least control the things I can control.

Bio: Working mom, near-empty nester, loves live music and theatre and outdoor fun. Keji is my happy place; a thatched cottage in Ireland is my bucket list.

Bio: Joined Evolve Bedford in September 2018. I float around Bedford and SH and every once in a while I pop over to the Dark side to hit up a spin class.
