​Lately, I've been thinking deeply about what makes an expert-led business last. For years, I believed greater visibility required more of me: more posts, more videos, more stories, and more time online. My experience taught me something different. Visibility can open doors, yet a business becomes fragile when every sale, client result, and decision depends on the founder showing up. My work building AI operating systems and custom AI apps for experts has made this lesson even clearer. Every client carries valuable knowledge in her head: frameworks, stories, standards, instincts, and decisions refined through years of experience. That knowledge becomes a real business asset once we extract, organize, and turn it into a repeatable method. AI can produce polished content in seconds. Copycats can imitate your language. Neither can easily reproduce your lived experience, professional judgment, proven process, or client results. Your methodology creates the moat. Start documenting how you solve problems. Capture the questions you ask, the patterns you notice, the decisions you make, and the steps clients follow. Then turn that knowledge into assessments, frameworks, training, templates, workflows, or an AI-powered tool. Use these two prompts to begin: ✅Prompt 1: Extract My Method "Act as an intellectual property strategist. Interview me one question at a time to uncover how I help [ideal client] achieve [specific result]. Explore how I diagnose problems, make decisions, guide implementation, measure progress, and correct mistakes. After the interview, organize my process into a clear, repeatable framework." ✅Prompt 2: Find My Founder-Dependency Gaps "Act as a business systems advisor. Help me identify every area where my business depends on my direct involvement. Review content, marketing, sales, onboarding, delivery, client support, and follow-up. Rank each dependency by revenue risk and recommend one process, asset, automation, or team handoff that could reduce it."

Once I brought that same skillset into AI and tech, the difference in opportunity was night and day. My salary tripled and now ex-corporate my business is steadily growing. So if you want to find your own hidden leverage, try plugging these prompts into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whatever model you use most, and include your own background and context. 1. Find my hidden skills “Based on my career and life experience below, identify the 10 most valuable skills I may be underestimating. Explain why they are valuable, who would pay for them, and how AI could help me monetize them.” 2. Find income opportunities “Based on my experience, suggest 10 realistic ways I could create an additional income stream. Include startup cost, time commitment, difficulty level, and earning potential.” 3. Monetize my experience “Act as a business strategist. Based on my work history, identify services, consulting offers, digital products, affiliate opportunities, or freelance ideas I could create using skills I already have.” 4. Find my highest-leverage opportunity “If you had to help me increase my income using my current skills, what would you focus on first and why?” 5. Show me what pays more “Based on my experience, identify roles, industries, offers, or opportunities that could pay significantly more than what I am currently doing. Explain what makes me qualified.” 6. Create an AI-powered side hustle “Using my skills and background, suggest 5 AI-assisted services I could offer that require less than 5 hours per week to start.” 7. Build my 90-day plan “If my goal was to create more income and stability over the next 90 days, create a step-by-step plan based on my background, schedule, and experience.”
