I Stopped Sending Looms. Replies Went Up.
Alright, I want to break down a strategy that used to work insanely well, stopped working for most people, and is now quietly working again if you apply it the right way. You’ll probably recognize this. A few years ago, Loom videos crushed. You’d send a cold email like: “Hey, mind if I record you a quick Loom?” They’d say yes. You’d spend 10 minutes recording a custom video. Send it over. Replies would spike. Why did it work? It worked because it felt 1-to-1. The prospect believed you sat down, thought about them, and made something specifically for their business. That’s the psychology. Now here’s the problem: Doing this at scale is brutal. Recording 10 minutes per prospect doesn’t scale past a handful of leads a day. So people abandoned it. Big mistake. The strategy didn’t stop working. The format did. Instead of sending a Loom, you switch the deliverable. Here’s what works now: You ask permission to do research, not a video. Something like: “Would it be useful if I put together a quick breakdown of your company vs competitors? I can send it over in 24 hours.” That’s it. What happens in their head: – “They’re going to spend time on me” And that’s the win. Now the real unlock: You don’t actually need to do this manually. With automation, you can generate: – mini audits – competitor snapshots – opportunity breakdowns – teardown-style reports All personalized, fast and scalable. From the prospect’s perspective, it feels just as personal as the old Loom videos. From your side, you’re not burning 10 minutes per lead. This is what I call a reverse lead magnet. Instead of giving away a generic PDF to everyone, you offer something that appears custom first, then deliver it at scale. If you want to see exactly how I set it up… Comment “Reverse” and I’ll break it down.

Lead Qualification System Issue
Hi, I built this workflow that qualifies leads in n8n (see screenshot). I can't load all leads at once because my server then just crashes (runs out of RAM) and in order to run it I have to separate the main spreadsheet into multiple sheets and load them in manually every time the previous one finishes. ChatGPT keeps on telling me that I am supposed to make it so that it takes leads from the spreadsheet in batches instead of all at once so it's not so heavy on RAM, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Is this even a thing? If so, how would I do it please? Do we have any resources on it? Thanks for your time, Jan

Help please! Need your advice...
I have been going insanely hard building out this course to be the best AI automations course in the world. But I need your help. See, I get tunnel vision sometimes and only build the stuff I think people want instead of asking them. Here's what I need you to do... Tell me what specific skills you want to learn. What do you WISH you could automate? What do you want to learn to do with AI? Where are you stuck? Drop a comment below 👇🏻 If you AGREE with someones comment, UPVOTE IT ❤️

I want to learn how these systems with databases work that you use everywhere, especially the ones that self-learn
🚀 The LinkedIn Automation Strategy That’s Beating Cold Email
💣 Just dropped a behind-the-scenes video showing how we’re combining Sales Navigator with a new automation tool that’s outperforming everything we’ve used before. Here’s what you’ll learn: ✅ How we use Sales Navigator + Aimfox to build scalable outreach ✅ Why rented LinkedIn accounts are a total game-changer (yes, they actually work) ✅ The ONE thing ruining your connection request acceptance rate ✅ Real workflows using Zapier, Make, and Clay to automate everything 🎁 Bonus: I show the campaign that pulled 100+ replies this month. Try Aimfox here. Comment "Salesnav" below and I will send you the link to our insane discount 🤯

Do I need a Vector Database?
Hey guys, I want to build an auto reply system for my cold email campaigns. Of course I will need a database with some information. I was thinking of just using google sheets or google docs, but after watching Jay's n8n masterclass, I discovered vector databses like supabase. The thing is tho, I don't really see how is this different from airtable or spreadsheet other than the api limits which I never hit so far. My questions are: 1) When do you actually need to use a vector database? 2) Is there reaaaally any significat difference, if so what is it? Am I missing anything? 3) What would be the best setup for an auto cold emailing system - do I just add some example conversations and prompts, or do I keep on adding all email communications to the vector databse in an automated way so it can MAYBE keep on improving on its own or...? My original plan was to give the AI Agent access to perplexity so it can research the prospect and then save it in google sheets so it doesn't need to researche very time + give access to transcripts from the calls that I transcribe with fireflies ai, which would be used to have a lot of context so I can automate my follow ups. What's the best setup to setting up a cold emailing system? Do I need a vector database there at all? I would love to learn a lot more about this, feel free to reccomend a video or a good resource that would be relevant for this context. Thank you in advance so much for your help. Jan Lisy

Hi @Zillion Wong, thank you so much for your feedback. It is very helpful. I was at a point where i wasn't able to kee up with the replies and had to scale down a bit to, so thats why i am now looking into automating it. Will definitelly start with human in the loop though, ideally even being able to make edits to the final message that goes out. I've also noticed that most of the replies fall into a few categories where almost the same replies are required. Initialy I just wanted to have separate LLM modules for each of these scenarios with 1 example reply in the system prompt, but now i might use ai agents instead and potentially the databases where i would store all the replies as it seems it might be helpful to do so. Just one last thing before I get to building, are there any videos you'd recommend watching on different database setups and how to work with these within n8n or ai agents? if not its fine, you've already helped loads. thank you

@Grant Charge Hi. Yes, I am using Instantly, but not their agent. Wanted to build my own as I am not a huge fan of the little customization there is and lack of auto follow ups.
