Bio: I’m a 53 y/o retired pharmacist of 24 yrs.My addiction of choice is sugar and carbs.I’m ready to take control loose fat and get healthier.

Bio: Retired CPA, 60 years old, married 36 years; 2 kids 33 & 28 years old, 2 grand kids. My tribe consists my wife, daughter, son-in-law, neighbor.

Bio: Hi- Relocated to Cape Elizabeth, Maine from Los Altos, CA. Dropped down to 128 from about 160 (stress-death of husband) but addicted to sugar/carbs.

Bio: 71 yr old with some Spanish years ago. There are a variety of Latino groups in my area and I would like to communicate better.
