I'm sharing this today for that person who needs to know You Matter to All of US... .........At 16 I ALMOST COMMITTED SUICIDE......... No one knows how GRATEFUL I AM Everyday... I See the SUNSHINE through the Window... Or wake up and it's Raining... AS I arrive to a window and see the Snow falling... It truly doesn't matter what the day... Looks like to me... I CAN SEE the DAY...and for that... I AM THANKFUL... I'm just HAPPY I'm here on the planet... With another Day to MAKE A DIFFERENCE... To SERVE someone who doesn't yet Understand... How much of a GIFT it is to BE ALIVE... It is a PRIZE to Be GIVEN LIFE... Knowing the TRUE VALUE of what it means... I've devoted most of my LIFE to helping Children...Middle Schoolers...Teenagers and Young adults who would have given up as I almost did... Who would've known LIFE Gave me the GREATEST GIFT...to know the JOY of a NEW DAY in ways many can't comprehend... To the degree I AM SOOO Thankful I sometimes... Am Filled with tears in both of my eyes... ReJOICING at how I AM SOOO GRATEFUL... And then to see all the Lives I have touched... Not hundreds of lives...not Thousands of lives... Not Tens of Thousands of lives...not Hundreds of thousands... Of Lives...but yea...MILLIONS of LIVES... I never ask what did I do to Deserve this... I just Give THANKS everyday I rise...and through out... The day you may witness me Giving THANKS... Because I know the JOY of Appreciating My LIFE... SOOO many have not got to know what I have... That the GREATEST GIFT is LOVE... To LOVE oneself...and to LOVE Others... Not because they DESERVE It... But Because they are Here... And I'm not Done... Because I'm GRATEFUL... Some Child...Somewhere felt like I did at 16... And they need to know...Someone Cares... Some Adult...Somewhere felt like I did at 16... And they deserve to know...Someone Cares... Each one of our fur babies has a particular job in our lives. Share yours! If you have multiple fur babies, just share something from each of them if you would like. This here is nugget. She is my guide dog and my chief comfort officer. She Mommy, I don't like it when you cry. Or feel sad. I always want to make you feel better. And just keep rubbing my ears and my belly. I love that!

First, Shelby who was posted in another post; Journal Prompt: What Your Favorite Toy Knew About You. You can find his pic there. 2nd was Charlie aka Charlie Bear, and then Aurora. Shelby came at a time when I was needing something to love, won't go into details of that. Charlie was acquired after I moved to Montana and my husband and I decided we needed another dog in our lives. Aurora was chosen when the breeder we got Charlie from asked if we wanted their mother or Aurora or both. They were litter mates, thought they would do well together. We thought wrong. We surrendered Aurora for behavior problems. Charlie was our main priority. Please don't judge for giving her up. She caused a lot of disruption in our house. Anyway, then came Jasper; the puppy behind aging Charlie. 💜
