I'm going to ask you who you are, but first let me start with introducing myself. My name is Jan Arne K. Ringstad and I've struggled with some shit thrue out my whole life... I've struggled with depression, I've struggled with suicide thoughts, but then it seemed like everything started to go alright.... but then I got injured in a fatal accident 11 years ago. It sent my whole life in a new direction, and i needed to figure out new ways to do everything.... I was lucky, but I had to fight really hard to get to the place where I am today.
