I am refashioning my wedding dress to create a Christening Gown for my daughter's baby, due in October (first grandchild = very excited)!!! I have taken all embellishments off, and now left with the outer dress and underskirt (and a sewing room floor, strewn with beads!). I do have a commercial pattern (due to my lack of drafting skills and experience). Any tips or advice would be most welcome.
