So many of us think the way to get more clients is to drop our prices. Match the salon down the road. Undercut the new tech on Facebook Marketplace. I get why. It feels logical. But the reality is that the client chasing the cheapest price was never going to be your best client anyway. She'll leave the second someone's $5 cheaper. The client who books because she trusts you, feels comfortable with you, and knows you actually care about her nail health will stay. Will rebook. Will tell her friends. So instead of "how do I compete on price"... try asking "how do I become the obvious choice." That might mean better photos. A better DM reply. A follow-up message after her appointment. Little things that say "I actually give a toot about you," not just your service list. Price isn't the problem. Trust is the answer. 💛
