Hey everyone, my name is jamika . I’m currently training to become a dispatcher, and I’m really excited to be here and learn from all of you. A few things I’m hoping to get out of this program are: first, building strong communication skills so I can stay clear and calm in high-pressure situations; second, gaining confidence in handling emergency calls and making quick decisions; and third, really understanding the systems and procedures so I can do the job effectively and safely. As for me, some of my habits are staying organized, paying attention to detail, and always trying to stay calm and focused, even when things get stressful. I’m also someone who likes to keep learning and improving. Looking forward to working with everyone!
