What program are you using for your designs?

Hi my name is Jamie, I run a landscaping business. The systems that we are putting in place is structure and transparency to our customers and employees. We want systems & paper work to be clean, clear and transparent. For example our paper work such as terms of agreement & scope of work outlines everything from even making sure your animals stay safe or inside the home or moving your personal car and keeping your visitors away from the worksite. I have been pushing for systems recently and it makes everything soooo much easier and your business becomes more efficient. System 1, structure, outline everything in details so each new employee & customer can understand our business from day 1. Transparency 2, each of our customers will receive our contact along with terms of agreement & scope of work. All paperwork will have to be complete along with a down payment before any work is performed. This is the biggest hurdle is making sure our customers know we aren’t playing around with our income because our employees have families. Getting the point across when it comes to any job big or small it’s a transaction of work & money so both will go into place at the same time. Don’t wait on the customer for a payment or you will charge a late fee! If we all can do that it will benefit us all.
