Gym on my own
So Iโ€™m just awkward and I embrace that about me. But it does make doing things on my own challenging because I just get in. But today I went to the gym by myself and actually did some cardio and leg exercises. Am I tired and already sore? ๐Ÿ˜‚ but it is so worth it. So for any one who is awkward like me, just blast some worship music and know God is surrounding you and giving you that strength and peace!

You are so awesome Tori! And you are right He is only one cry away and I think at times itโ€™s hard to remember that because we feel so far even from ourselves especially in motherhood. But He is always there and He sees and He knows even before we know how to put words to it. Definitely needed this!

It is SUPER easy to fill out. It asks two required questions: How many times you hit your protein goal and your water goal in the past week (0-7). For the purpose of this challenge, the week starts on a Monday. So you will submit your progress form on Sundays and MUST be submitted NO LATER THAN Monday at 11:59 EST in order to get credit Example - you will submit a form for your effort from Monday April 13th - Sunday April 19th.
