There’s so much BS out there in the fitness world. Comment below which one you’ve heard before (or maybe even believed at one point) 1️⃣ Carbs make you fat 🍞 2️⃣ You have to train 2 hours a day to see results 🏋️ 3️⃣ Lifting weights makes women bulky 💪 4️⃣ You can ‘spot reduce’ fat (abs, arms, etc) ❌ 5️⃣ Supplements are more important than food 🥤 Which one of these did you hear the most growing up? Definitely the carbs! It’s so annoying as I can actually feel them giving me energy when I run. But it did take awhile to understand so I sympathize with the carb haters 😂
