Curious how many of you consistently use a business coach. I’ve worked with one on and off and really see the value, but the cost sometimes gives me pause. Do you commit to using one regularly, or just occasionally—and what makes it worth it for you?

I've had a business coach since 2006. The reason: I can't see what I can't see. Early on I thought I wanted someone to tell me what to do. Later, I realized I knew what to do but I had so many options, thoughts and ideas that I totally confused myself which left me stuck and frustrated. I will never not have a coach. Why makes things more difficult for myself :)
Tardiness policy examples?
Hello everyone! Curious about some examples for a tardiness policy? We have never needed to have one in place though do have a new hire that often arrives 2-3 min after the start of her shift. I want to have clear consequences and boundaries in place to amend to our handbook so it’s more objective. Would be grateful for any examples you’d be willing to share. Thank you in advance!! 🫶

Expectations vs Agreement. Get clear on your expectations and make sure employees agree to abide by them. Just having them in a handbook is nice but it doesn’t mean the message is conveyed. Once client had employees initial key areas of the handbook to reinforce the importance

I have been working on revamping our job ad and would love any and all feedback. **The formatting looks off as I can't figure out how to bold or change font size on skool.
