My daily routine today
Today’s routine : so far Spin class 6 am 30 mins walking in treadmill Water 600ml. Greek yoghurt blueberries and some peanut butter Water 600ml 40 mins walking on treadmill Protien shake Shower and body brushing and firming oil This Afternoon / evening I will complete my 10000 steps Complete Caroline Girvan iron workout Will make a homemade beef curry as a Fri night treat And hit my total of 3 litre water x Share your day below ❤️
