1. Money. A 10% return sounds good but on 10k? That comes to 1k max return. Look at this across the year and divide it by 12. Not sounding as good. 2. Time. Is it worth the effort to gain the above? 3. Inflation. Yes it has cooled down from 2023 but that is eroding any gains. To note it was 1.8% in Canada for December 2024.
