Referred Pain points
Hey y'all. If you havent had a chance to head into the classroom and check out the Referred pain advice videos, i could use some help. I have a few more in the editing process right now but I want you all to get the most out of the content. If there is a spot or sports on your body that are causing regular pain please let me know and I will prioritize them in the production schedule.

Shawn, I have lots of shoulder issues. Some are just surgery recovery (on my left), but my right has a lot of arthritis and I struggle with it too. Also, I have IT Band problems in my left leg. I feel a very uncomfortable rollover / popping of it whenever I try exercises like bicycles or lunges or squats. Afterwards I can hardly walk for a couple days without limping. Not sure if this information helps you or not. Thanks
