Just finished Caleb's video lesson on A New and Living Way. I've taken Caleb's prayer at the end and put it near the top of my daily prayers: "Holy Spirit, take my hand. Lead me to Jesus. Jesus, lead me to Father and into God’s Love and His Glory. Open the heavens over me. Ruin me for anything less than You." The imagery reminds me of the backdrop this month at City Church Tulsa, showing the Holy Spirit dancing with the early church as a community hand in hand. I'll keep Caleb's prayer just under my daily confession that keeps me focused on why prayer matters: "Abba Father, tomorrow is not promised, but eternity of life is. So I stop all insignificant things to do the one significant thing: pray." I look forward to praying Caleb's prayer not only over myself, but over my family, my church, etc. What else could be more perfectly in line with God's main goal for us individually and corporately, than to pray for unhindered communion?

Hey Friend (to a Podcaster on Prayer), After praying for months it’s been my custom that God wakes me up 5 mins before my alarm to tell me He loves me and give me a scripture or prompts me to pray. However, Monday morning, I kept waking up during the night. I could hear Jesus praying various scriptures over me. Blessings, health, spiritual strength, etc. Jesus was interceding, and I could hear it in English, and He was telling me to go back to bed each time. Immediately, when I woke up, the first thing I heard: I heard Him command me: “Sing this: ‘He’s making His good plans happen!’ ‘He’s making His good plans happen!’ ‘He’s making His good plans happen!’ (three times.)” I did. Now, I can add to the song, what you recieved (if I may): “It’s already happened. I’m wearing what I thought I was waiting for. I’m being who I thought I was waiting for. I’m living what I thought I was waiting for. It already happened. (He said:) My Spirit is upon you. My Spirit is upon you. My Spirit is upon you. (Perhaps) Yes: (His) Spirit is upon (me). (His) Spirit is upon (me). (His) Spirit is upon (me).” There’s a seed of a song here. It’s happening! Have a great day. Lots of love. ❤️
