My biggest limitation
Hi I a not sure if this has been addressed but I have very bad wrists due to a fall when skateboarding as a teen. Because I was able to move my wrists I assumed it was a sprain and waited 30 yrs to see a doctor when they affecting my work. Dr. said I had tore the ligaments that held the first row of carpal bones in place and fractured both forearms. The carpal bones had deteriorated and suggested a carpectomy (removing the 3 carpal bones). I did the surgery on one side to see the results and it caused other issues so the benefit did not out weigh the cost so I opted out of the surgery on the opposite hand. My flexion and extension are very bad and it is painful to be at either extreme. I feel I can do most skills on parallettes since it does not bother my wrists. Are there any good resources I can use to see if any of the range of motion can be improved? I can tolerate the crow pose for a short time but my wrist cannot even get in position for the elbow lever

I can get into the elbow lever without pain on the parallettes. Can't hold it for more than a couple seconds yes

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert Thank you Brandon I will look at these resources and get a referral to see what the Doctor says what options I have for the wrist that I did not have surgery on. They are both very limited on ROM but only the one is really painful
Greetings
James and would love to see what bodyweight skills I can achieve at 57 years old

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert L-sit. I think the core compression itself will carryover well and most other skills will be easier to achieve
