This is one of my favorite high-protein meal prep recipes. I just made this one today without using a slow cooker and just had the Taziki sauce with shredded beef and grilled chicken and some veggies. It turned out amazing. It’s incredibly easy to make, packed with flavor, and pairs perfectly with rice, potatoes, or fresh vegetables. If you’re looking for something different from the typical chicken and rice, this one is definitely worth adding to the rotation.
