Thanks for the invite @Steph Ward . Freedom to me means the ability to do whatever I want to do, whenever I want to do it. I joint venture with a property professional to increase passive income - something I'm planning on doing more of. However, my main passions are helping grow both individuals and small businesses, particularly in the health/ecological sections. To achieve this I've sent up a Data Career Coaching business aimed at Data Professionals looking to step up into Leadership - either for the first time, or to expand their existing remit. (I previously managed a multi site team of 16 for Lloyds Banking Group). On the business side, I love working with small businesses that are trying to make the world a better place. I'm invested in many and acted as a sounding board to them on a range of different aspects including product proposition, getting to market, funding (equity vs debt), and ensuring operational processes are in place to enable fledgling companies to grow in a sustainable and controlled manner.
