I came for the breathwork and stayed for the people. The guided sessions and the meditation that follows leave me relaxed but sharp, which is a combination I had not been able to reach on my own. It prepares me for the day and my productivity has gone up because of it.

What I did not expect was the community. It is genuinely positive and happy, and that makes showing up something I look forward to instead of one more thing on the list. Grateful for Dan, for the tools, and for everyone here.
