Yes so with some further investigation, I could be wrong here but I am quite confident that this is only for cold calls. As cold calls under telemarketing law you are required to give your name, official business name and the purpose of the call at the best of your ability. However with a warm enquiry this is seen as not a 'cold call' as long as you can prove they enquired. Hope that helps!
