Intro
Hey everyone, I'm new here from Cleveland Ohio. I'm finally dipping my toes into the real estate market so I am brand new to RE investing. I want to house hack first by buying a 2 to 4 unit, live in one unit and rent out the others. Then I plan to go with the buy and hold strategy buying properties for long term rentals. Part of what's been holding me back is not knowing the ropes. Probably the biggest thing holding me back is the fear of doing something wrong that costs me a lot of money. I'm pushing through the fear and just going to go do the best that I can. I'm glad to be in a great community like this. Let me know if I can help with anything.

I sent some emails to Realtors and got no response. I'm worried that maybe my account is flagged as possible spam. I sent out a dozen emails to different agents with different subject lines. Someone else said that maybe the agents think my emails are from a bot.
