This is my 30-day foundation. I’m not leaving this to chance. I’m committed, locked in, and this is what I’m building from: PHYSICAL GOAL Get to the gym every single day — no excuses. Cardio gets done minimum daily, no matter what. DISCIPLINE GOAL Stick to 2,200 calories per day with precise macros:→ 185g protein→ 250g carbs→ 56g fats(Exception: Saturday, May 10 — planned refeed) BROTHERHOOD GOAL Stay active on Skool — keep posting, commenting, and building engagement. I’m here to support and grow with this crew. Why I’ll stick to it: Because i have been on a prep for a show and the power of sticking to a plan has results the way i look today vs 13 week ago is day and night.
