DISCIPLINE GOAL Stick to 2,200 calories per day with precise macros:→ 185g protein→ 250g carbs→ 56g fats(Exception: Saturday, May 10 — planned refeed) BROTHERHOOD GOAL Stay active on Skool — keep posting, commenting, and building engagement.
