Play like you’re coaching/caddying for yourself, not judging yourself. This weekend, shift your perspective- Every shot is information, not a verdict on you as a golfer. When you miss, try this inner response:“Of course that happened—what can I learn from it?” Compassion keeps your nervous system calm. Harsh judgement tightens your body and clouds your decisions. Treat yourself the way you’d treat a player you were caddying for. Support first. Adjust second. Take that mindset into the weekend—calmer mind, freer swings, better golf ⛳️ 🧠💪🏻
