Success that pulls us away from alignment is not success; wished I understood that better throughout my corporate life that is built unaligned with most within. This has been sitting with me lately as well. Throughout my life, I stayed lost in giving, only recently have I recognized the world of takers. Serving is good, but service that slowly drains the soul needs a closer look for sure. I agree that a business should support our growth, not pull us farther from who we are or who we want to be. The world has plenty takers in work, community, and even in family. That does not mean we harden though, it means we learn discernment. The energy we follow matters. I have followed this same thought that when building a Skool community, quality matters more than count. I have been very selective and so far seem to have a caring group of people gathered which is my energy. Better to have fewer steady organic people walking the same path than a crowded room where the soil is thin. Same with content. Being rooted in what you know and believe in is best. My goal is not to gather everyone although to be known, you have to put the community out there in that public light. The goal is to attract like minded people who want to grow, serve, learn, and build something honest together although as the cards indicate, we must also proceed mindfully with caution. . Stay grounded. Stay rooted.
