I'm wondering what you all think about which is better when starting from nothing, releasing singles or albums? Is it best to just get each track out as they are made or to release an album first so that there is other music for people to find when they like one of your tracks? My thoughts have been to release an album and then spend a few weeks promoting each track as if they are singles. Then with new tracks after that, release them as singles. Would love your thoughts.
@Pat Bradley I've been considering this approach too. Releasing each track as a single, then all of them as an album with a few extra new and unheard tracks.
I'm curious what everyone's favourite music videos are and why? Do you prefer performance-based, stories and short films, experimental ones, or something else? What is it about the video that makes it stand out to you?
Who is in the central Florida area looking to network and build? I have two projects I am writing and I am starting to get into ghostwriting. I've been rapping seriously for maybe 6 years but just recently went solo. Excited for the new journey and new sounds I am making so far.
