Hey gang! My name is Jameel and I'm looking to revive my Skool after needing to take time off for personal reasons. I'm using Claude to rebuild my content and would love to see how others are adding value with with artifacts etc. A question for the community: I'm not sure how I should structure my Skool now. Previously I had a free community with a paid upsell to a course ($699 USD) as an upfront, and then an upsell to 1:1 coaching. I shifted it to just a paid community ($49/mth or annual $409) whilst I was on sabbatical and I got a couple of sales through Skool search which was cool. Now I am wondering what the best model would be for V2? I saw Evelyn recommended freemium community + upsell to coaching? I teach tech sales and have good social proof so i think just having the paid community is fine without the free part?
