I’ve been working as a senior full-stack engineer on freelance platforms like Upwork, and I’ve been able to generate solid income through international clients. One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that clients sometimes tend to offer higher rates to developers based in Canada or the US compared to other regions, even when the skill level and experience are similar. I’ve noticed that rates can vary significantly depending on client perception of location, even when skills are the same. I’m currently exploring ways to work more closely with European-based collaborators or partners on long-term projects. I’m open to a remote setup and can provide fair compensation for a reliable working relationship. In fact, last year I worked with one partner but he didn't work with me anymore because of his illness. That's why I am trying to find another partner. I'd like reliable collaboration.
