LinkedIn ads are actually insane
We’re getting companies doing 50-500m on LinkedIn right now for DIRT cheap. I’ve totally changed my mind on it. Who wants a training? Let me know in the comments.

Right now better cost per lead but worse cost per call.. working on it. Much higher quality however.
How do you organize your campaigns based on creative volume?
Here's what I'm currently doing but I see many service-based leaders running a different campaign structure, I'll go over both below: OUR STRUCTURE: CBO -> Broad Adset (Per concept*) -> 5 Ads *Each concept contains 5 ads / and we create around 6/8 concepts per month for a client That's it, so it would be a single CBO with around 10 adsets with 5 ads each - then we put the winners inside another adset and the campaign works as both scaling and testing, this is what we use but I feel like this is more of an eCommerce approach. Everything optimized for qualified calls NOW HERE'S WHAT I SEE FROM OTHERS: CBO -> 3 Adsets (Broad/Interests/LLAs) -> As many ads as you have Why do I feel like I need to change this approach? Well in B2B SaaS calls are more expensive and obviously you need to spend more money and at the same time, in different mentorships they push this structure as well.

Yeah so here’s what we are doing that works CBO -> Broad -> 20 ads (at least) NEVER move winners. Don’t touch them. Test by adding ad sets. Vary the spending limits as needed. Let meta find. Objective booked calls. Some of our clients are seeing interest/LLA work. Still I think broad better. Riddle copy with words and identification copy that will only be relevant to them. What they say etc. their phone listens to them. Say the things that they say.. the ads will find them. Ads need to be incredibly different. Layer in all funnel stages together in one ad set. Let meta serve them where ever they want.
Questions about hiring someone
Hey guys, how do you guys vet your candidates before hiring them full time? Do you: 1. Hire them part time and then decide based on motivation 2. Run trainings before hiring them 3. Hire after 2/3 interviews I'm trying to see what would be the best approach to hire a media buyer/ad strategist

90 days is the best. start them part time and then ascend them after that if they are good. Don't have them work for free ever.. pay them when they are starting. 90 days you have to see how good they are at onboarding themselves and how good you are at training. depending on the role, you need to be meeting with them daily. sales people twice daily for tight feedback loops. document the operation. demonstrate how to do it. watch them do it. then delegate it once they crush it. everything.. i mean everything must be documented. meeting scripts. EOD reports. processes.. etc.
